One of the greatest things in life is a loving home filled with family and friends. I truly love to invite people into my home, to share food, fun, and good conversation. I have been married for twenty two years to my husband Brock, and we have four beautiful children, ages eleven to fifteen. At this moment in my life, I am blessed to work from the place I love best – home. Like most moms, I have many jobs. I started out in marketing, and also worked as a wedding coordinator for over ten years. For the last seven years, I have been blogging about holidays and home décor, most recently for Balsam Hill Christmas Tree Company. I am currently managing our home renovations. And most importantly, I am raising our four lively children, a full-time job in itself.
My hope for this website is to be able to share some of what I have learned over the years about family life, food and entertaining, and home renovations, décor, and organization to help families create homes that are beautiful and welcoming, where meaningful conversations and relationships flourish.
